Ah Leong Laksa @ Raja Uda

The world-famous Penang Assam Laksa, is a sour and spicy noodle dish consisting of tangy fish broth that will tease and tantalise your taste buds. Filled to the brim, a bowl of thick rice noodles is generously garnished with fined-sliced onions, cucumber, pineapple, red chillies, mint and torch ginger buds.
